Jee Mains April Registration 2019

The National Testing Agency (NTA) h as conducted the First JEE (Main) Examination dur ing January 8 to 12, 2019 and the result of the same has been declared on January 19 th , 2019 (for Paper-1) and January 31 st , 2019 (for Paper–2). Now, the NTA announces to conduct JEEE (Main) April 2019 Examination for admission to Undergraduate Programs in NITs, IIITs and other Centrally Fund ed Technical Institutions (CFTIs), etc. between 7 th April 2019 to 20 th April 2019. Those Candidates who have already ap peared in JEE (Main) January 2019 Examination c an appear in JEE (Main) April 2019 Examination for improvem ent, if they so wish. The candidates who could not appear in the JEE (Main) January 2019Examination, may also ap pear in JEE (Main) April 2019 Examination.   Introduction and Scheme of Examination The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India (GOI) has established National Testing Agency (NTA) as an independent autonomous and self-sustained premier testing organization under Society Registration Act 1860 for conducting efficient, transparent and international standards tests in order to assess the competency of candidates for admissions to premier higher education institutions. NTA-Computer Based Test (CBT)

The major examinations being conducted by NTA will be Computer Based Test (CBT). A CBT requires candidates to sit in front of a computer terminal (node) allocated to them against their Roll number and Admit card. After logging the candidate will get detailed instructions for the examinations. At the designated time of start of examination, the candidates will be able to proceed and see the questions on the computer screen using the computer mouse. Candidates will have the option to change / modify/ edit / answers already entered any time during the examination. Procedure for appearing in Computer Based Test (CBT): (a) A computer terminal (node) indicating roll number will be allocated to each candidate. Candidates should find and sit on their allocated computers only. There is no limit for entry of options. A Candidate can enter any number of options as he / she wishes to exercise on his / her own priority. Candidates are advised to enter more number of options to avoid the disappointment of not securing a seat. Any candidate has to enter the option in the priority as he / she desires. Candidates are advised to do thorough home assignment regarding the choices which they want to exercise, the college which they prefer, the course which they are interested to join etc. It is better to write the order of options on a sheet of white paper and discuss the same with your parents / guardians / mentors etc before actually entering same in the system. Your interest in the discipline, college infrastructure, course, distance from your place, availability of hostel etc may be some of the issues to guide your choices of options and advice of your parents. KEA:B.INSTRUCTIONS TO KARNATAKA CANDIDATES WHO HAVE ALREADY VERIFIED THEIR DOCUMENTS:UG NEET 2018

1.        Candidates who have completed their document verification as per their CET‐2018 rank (Engineering etc), as per CET‐2006 Admission Rules (who are holding verification slip) need not attend the Medical / Dental document verification once again in case they have not changed any reservations. Such candidates should print the verification slip for Medical / Dental from their student login from 26‐06‐2018 to 29‐06‐2018. Please note that the Medical / Dental Verification slip is the only valid document for UG NEET 2018. INSTRUCTIONS TO KARNATAKA CANDIDATES WHO HAVE ALREADY VERIFIED THEIR DOCUMENTS KCET-2018:NEET 2018

Candidates who have already registered with KEA for CET-2018 and verified their documents should compulsorily register for NEET-2018 by entering / citing their CET-2018 admission ticket number. Candidates who have completed their document verification as per their CET-2018 rank, as per CET-2006 Admission Rules (who are holding verification slip) need not attend the document Medical / Dental verification once again in case there is no change in any reservations. They could print the verification slip for Medical / Dental from their student login. However, if any such candidate wishes to claim reservation as per Government of Karnataka norms / Linguistic Minority or Religious Minority or NRI seats or specific reservation (RC-1 to RC-9) in St. John Medical College, Bangalore, then they have to submit such relevant certificates / documents on the day of their turn as per the NEET document verification schedule
