Special Instruction to the candidates attending the Practical Test on 16.05.2015 in Farm Universities for UG admission 2015-16

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE APPLICANTS WRITING PRACTICAL TEST SEEKING ADMISSION TO UG PROGRAMS IN FARM UNIVERSITIES

1. Practical test will be conducted at all the 14 centers (as indicated by KEA) on the same day on 16-5-2015 from 9.00am.

2. Agriculturist and other related certificates of the candidates claiming the seat under Agriculturist Quota will be verified from 3-5-2015 to 11-5-2015 during the office hours (9.00 am to 3.30 pm) in the respective centers only.

 3. Students belonging to the native districts (as per the revenue records) shall appear for practical test in the Centers mentioned against the districts as indicated in the KEA notification). Candidates from other districts are not allowed for verification and for practical test.

 4. Those students who have opted for the centers not belong to their native districts, shall be directed to go to centers of their respective native districts based on the certificates issued by the Revenue authority.

 5. Candidates should appear for the practical test in the SAME centers where the documents are verified.

6. Candidates without verification of the documents from 3-5-2015 to 11-5-2015 will not be permitted to appear for practical test on 16-5-2015

 7. Candidates or their parents or guardians can get the documents verified from the verification centers.

 8. Original Certificates to be produced at the time of verifications a. CET admission Ticket b Agriculturist/Manual Labour in Agricultural Activities: CERTIFICATE–3. (Vamshavruksha in the cases of undivided family) c. SALARY CERTIFICATE-4 (if salaried also) d. INCOME DETAILS FROM BUSINESS: CERTIFICATE – 5 (if any business) f. AFFIDAVIT: (First party will be candidate Second party will be respective University) g. DD for .500/- for General and OBC (Rs.250/- for SC, ST and Category -1)
