CET-2015 Circular to Principals of PG Medical / Dental Colleges - Meeting on 05-Aug-2015

CIRCULAR
Sub: Verification of Admission Orders for release of Tuition Fees with Regard to PG Medical /Dental Degree and Diploma Courses – 2015-16 - -

 Karnataka Examinations Authority has completed the admission process for the academic year 2015-16. The release of Tuition Fees to the respective colleges paid by the candidates at the time of counseling for admission to various courses is in progress. Therefore the Principals of all colleges are requested to attend the meeting in the premises of KEA on 05-AUG-2015 at 10.30 am with the filled in prescribed formats annexed to this letter, all necessary supporting documents including Admission Order received from the candidates and the list of candidates submitted to RGUHS for approval which should be duly signed by the Principal.
 The Formats are – 1. Admissions to PG Medical /Dental Degree and Diploma Courses for the year 2015-16 – Candidates list Format – I.
2. Information required for transfer of fee amount – Format V
3. College information required for Government / KEA – Format VI.
The information required in Format I should be submitted in A-3 Size paper duly typed, binded in “Three Sets” and a scanned Soft Copy of the same. The information should be accurate, typed and each page signed by the Principal of the institution with Principal and College Seal. The Principal shall be held accountable for information furnished. The formats can be downloaded from KEA website http://kea.kar.nic.in. The fee will be released only after verification of the above documents.
