COMEDK FINAL RANK PUBLISHING
The final merit / rank is generated based on the scores in the entrance test and the
same will be published on 04/06/2015.
Candidates who have applied for Medical /Dental stream will not be eligible for a rank
if they have not secured 50% marks in English paper in the COMEDK Entrance Examination (40% in case of SC/ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka)
INTER-SE MERIT
Ties in the test scores, if any, will be resolved based on the following order specified:
For Medical/Dental candidates:
i) The principle of least negative responses (number of wrong answers) in 1) Biology, 2)
Chemistry and 3) Physics.
ii) Aggregate marks in Chemistry and Biology in the Entrance Test.
iii) Marks in Biology in the Entrance Test.
iv) Age of the Candidate, the elder candidate is ranked higher than the younger candidate.
For Engineering candidates:
i) The principle of least negative responses (number of wrong answers) in
1) Physics, 2) Mathematics and 3) Chemistry
ii) Aggregate marks in Physics and Mathematics in the Entrance Test
iii) Marks in Mathematics in the Entrance Test
iv) Age of the Candidate, the elder candidate is ranked higher than the younger candidate.
