What is mutual transfer?
If you doesn't like your college or branch ,you can exchange your seat with any other students who are interested in your college or branch by understanding mutually.

Example:
Student1 got a MBBS seat in Bidar Govt Medical college and Student2 got a MBBS seat in Raichur Govt Medical college. But Student1 needs a seat in Raichur Govt Medical college, and Student2 needs a seat in Bidar Govt Medical college, If both Student1 and Student2 are mutually agreed to exchange the seats then they can apply for Mutual Transfer.

Same procedure applies for Engineering also, in Engineering even they can apply for mutual transfer for branchs/courses with in the same college.

KEA is no were concerned for mutual transfer so don't waste time getting the information from KEA.
